Grading & Certification
Participants will be graded on five categories: Preparation, Participation, Role completion, Collaboration, and Output quality. Performance will be evaluated along the following spectrum: Does not meet expectations → Partially meets expectations → Meets expectations → Exceeds expectations.
Participants will receive a Certificate of successful completion by attending 75% of the course sessions, i.e. three out of four scenarios (including the Final Assessment scenario) and a team score of 70% on the Final Assessment scenario. The Final Assessment will be graded by the Facilitators based on specific criteria.
* Final Assessment is Mandatory.
