the 9th Biennial Meeting of the Working Group on the Trans-Asian Railway Network, to be convened in accordance with Article 6(2) of the Agreement on 11 and 12 September 2025, at United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok, to consider the implementation of the Agreement and any amendments proposed. It will also discuss policies and issues related to the operationalization of the Trans-Asian Railway Network and consider a draft regional framework on enhancing rail cybersecurity in Asia and the Pacific.
The secretariat would be grateful if your Government could submit its letter of credentials communicating the names and designations of the members of your delegation to the Transport Division (escap-td@un.org), with a copy to Mr. Sandeep Raj Jain (jain@un.org), as soon as possible and by 8 August 2025 at the latest.
