This consultation will present the updated technical guidelines for National Adaptation Plans (NAPs), showcasing their alignment with the Global Goal on Adaptation, IPCC AR6 Working Group II findings, and UNFCCC/Paris Agreement reporting mechanisms⁠. The updated guidelines focus on accelerating NAP implementation, promoting innovative financing approaches, and enhancing countries' capacity to develop project proposals.
 
This NAP event, along with related activities throughout Climate Week, will feature case studies demonstrating the practical application of the updated technical guidelines, a forum focused on advancing NAP implementation, targeted training and capacity-building sessions, and solutions-focused exchanges in priority sectors to foster peer learning and collaboration.

  • Step 4: Complete the “Creating a new Indico profile” form on the new page by filling in all mandatory fields and clicking on “Create my Indico profile”.

 

PLEASE NOTE: After completing the four steps, you are NOT automatically registered for the events.

Once you have successfully created an account in the system (steps 1-4 above), click "Register Now" to register for the events. 
If you already have an Indico account, you can register by clicking on "Register now". 

IMPORTANT - Registration for this event will also grant you access to the CW venue and to some open events taking place during the CW. Other events might require separate registration.
