Indico.UN will undergo scheduled maintenance on the first Wednesday of each month from 12:00 to 13:00 CET (6:00 to 7:00 AM EST, 18:00 to 19:00 ICT).
We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your experience.

Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press: print, photo, radio, television, film, news agencies, and online media who represent a bona fide media organization.

Members of the press as defined above can register through the ‘Register here’ button below.

The following documents must be uploaded on the INDICO registration form at the time of registration:

  1. A valid press/media ID issued by the government/ media house/ journalists' association.

  2. A letter of assignment from the media house the journalist works for, if the journalist does not have a press pass.

  3. Links to pieces published over the past 6 months.

  4. A passport-size colour photograph (with a white, grey, or neutral colour background).

  5. The passport biographical page.

Members of the Committee can register media, including journalists in their delegation and official photo and video personnel, by providing an official note from the Permanent Mission or the Embassy in the registration form.

There's no formal limit to how many journalists one media house can register, but space/other logistical issues may force the INC to limit media numbers.

Deadline for registration to participate in INC-5.2 is 6 June 2025, 23:59 East African Time.

There will be no on-site registration.
