The Twenty-seventh meeting of the Adaptation Committee (AC27) will take place from 6-9 May 2025, in Bonn, Germany.
Registration details
In-person participation
Kindly complete the registration form as soon as possible, but not later than 24 April 2025, by referring to the instructions listed below. Once registration is confirmed, a confirmation letters will be provided to each participant.
Should you require an entry visa for Bonn, and/or other transit visas, we strongly encourage you to contact the appropriate consular authorities as soon as possible. The confirmation letters should be attached to visa requests to facilitate issuance.

We are pleased to extend an invitation to you to attend the above-mentioned workshop remotely. To ensure a smooth experience and to provide you with access to all necessary resources and materials, we kindly request that you complete the registration form attached to this message as soon as possible and no later than 24 April 2025. First, create an account in the system following the steps below:

- Step 3: Go to your inbox and click the verification link you receive, which will take you to a new page. Please check your spam folder in case you don't receive the email verification link in your inbox.
- Step 4: Complete the “Creating a new Indico profile” form on the new page by filling in all mandatory fields and clicking on “Create my Indico profile”.

Once you have successfully created an account in the system (steps 1-4 above), click "Register Now" to register for the events.
