The training course in Organizational Resilience Management System (ORMS) aims to facilitate the enhanced implementation of ORMS in peacekeeping operations and special political missions. The course aims to deepen understanding of how the ORMS can contribute to mandate delivery by exploring linkages with other planning concepts/processes. Participants are also trained on the concept, principles and structures of crisis management and the facilitation of crisis management. The course primary participants are mission Organizational Resilience Focal Points both from peacekeeping and special political missions. There will also be a small number of participants from UN Agencies, Funds and Programs.
