Description

The 2025 RFSD, under the theme: “Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science- and evidence-based solutions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its SDGs in the ECE region, leaving no one behind”, will bring together governments and a range of other stakeholders to identify and scale up actions and solutions for accelerating SDG progress, which is lagging behind.

The forum is aligned with the 2025 High-level Political Forum (HLPF) and will review SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), 5 (Gender Equality), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 14 (Life Below Water), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

The event will feature:

• A High-level Policy Segment with a focus on science- and evidence-based and inclusive policy solutions.

• Peer learning round tables covering the SDGs under review.

• A forward-looking plenary under the theme "Towards an Inclusive, Prosperous and Sustainable Future," integrating regional perspectives to global processes and summits. 

The registration deadline is Friday, 28 March 2025. Beyond that, the secretariat may be able to accommodate late registrations in exceptional cases.
