With regards to obtaining visas for traveling staff/Govt Officials/Invitees to Indonesia, WCO INO will provide visa facilitation letter, there are 2 links for applicant based on the type of passport as follow:
- Official/service passport/UNLP holder could apply online through: https://visa.kemlu.go.id, this is a free of charge visa. (this is under authority of Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- For national passport shall apply online through : https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/ there is a fee , this is for visitor for holiday and meeting visa and calling visa (this is under authority of Immigration)

For those countries that are not included in any of the categories mentioned above, shall apply offline/to the embassy.
