The Programme, Budget and Administration Committee meets at least twice a year.  The Committee reviews, provide guidance and makes recommendations to the Executive Board on Programme planning, monitoring and evaluation and financial and administrative matters.

Each delegate can register directly through INDICO and should upload a credential with the composition of her/his delegation.

Credentials

Shall be issued by the Head of State, the Head of Government, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Health or any other appropriate authority i.e. Permanent Mission and senior government officials, such as Directors-General for Health.
