The SAGE working group on RSV was established in December 2023, to review evidence and draft recommendations for the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) on options for policy and strategy development for RSV immunization products. In 2024, the working group's focus is to review evidence and draft policy recommendations related to RSV vaccines to be delivered during pregnancy to protect infants from severe RSV disease with maternal antibodies through the first months of life.
