The purpose of the meeting will be:
- to launch the GPMB flagship 2023 Report on the World's Preparedness;
- to discuss lessons learned from the first implementation of the GPMB Monitoring Framework and potential revisions;
- to review progress in global reforms of pandemic prevention, preparedness and response;
- to discuss and finalize the 2024 GPMB strategy;
- and discuss the process for commissioning a reform evaluation of GPMB.
