The meeting of the 2023 High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) will be held from Monday 10 July to Wednesday 19 July under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council. This includes the three-day ministerial segment of the forum from Monday 17 July to Wednesday 19 July 2023.
This HLPF Registration page is for the sole use of the umbrella organizations designated by the Major Groups and other Stakeholders, to register their delegations for the 2023 HLPF.
We would like to caution you against sharing this among your networks. This would have great potential to cause confusion among colleagues. We advise you to share the special registration link only with the selected colleagues who will be responsible for the extended registration rights.

Building on the established practice, DESA will compile the names of participants registered through this channel and submit the list directly to security. Therefore, you are not required to request grounds passes for these participants through CSOnet. They will be assigned T passes for the duration of the HLPF. We will provide instructions for grounds pass pick up. Please note that any participants registered through the general registration form will need to use the normal procedure to request their grounds passes: http://csonet.org/
Travel, Visa and Subsistence: All participants are responsible for securing their own funding for travel and subsistence and for making their own travel arrangements. You will also need to make your own US visa and transit visa arrangements, if applicable.
