All public meetings of the Committee will be webcast live on the following website: http://webtv.un.org/meetings-events/

New digital badging system

Conference participants will receive a digital badge consisting of their photo, a QR code and the name and date of the conference. The digital badge will be sent to each participant by email once they have been accredited by the conference organizer. Once downloaded to a mobile phone or any mobile device, the digital badge will enable faster entry to the Palais Wilson by dispensing with the time needed to create a ‘physical’ badge. Participants can also print their digital badge and the QR code will work the same way.

On the day of the meeting, properly registered applicants will be required to present their digital badge and a valid passport or government issued ID (with photo) to the Security team at Palais Wilson (52 rue des pâquis, Geneva, Switzerland). Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
