In accordance with the Article 12 of the Framework Agreement, the Standing Committee session will review the implementation of the Framework Agreement and prepare recommendations on further implementation. The recommendations will be submitted to the Second Session of the Paperless Trade Council to be held on 22-23 June 2023.
