The exhibition includes the unique works of 21 famous contemporary Estonian artists, all inspired by freedom. The aim of this collection is to celebrate freedom as the fundamental human right. The freedom of thought and the freedom of expression cannot be better expressed than by artists through their creation and interpretation of the concept of freedom. For Estonia, freedom has never been self-evident and our artists have played and are playing a very important role in preserving and celebrating our independence.

Today the message from the Estonian artists to cherish and protect freedom is more relevant than ever.

The works included in the exhibition have been created by using traditional large-size lithographic printing stones and a printing press that dates back to 1924.

Opening ceremony will be held on 1st March 2023, at 1 p.m.
