Over the course of the last 3 years the clinical management team has increased in size and deliverables.
Due to the pandemic much of the engagement with consultants has been remote. In light of complex and increasing workstreams, the need for the team to meet face to face to strategic prioritize the year's focus ad deliverables and improve team building and coordination.
