Please note that only fifteen (15) representatives per organization are allowed to register for the conference. You may present a letter from the head of the organization listing nomination of up to 15 (fifteen) representatives. Each nominated representative must register individually in Indico. If more than fifteen are registered under one organization, the Secretariat will approve registrations on a first-come, first-serve basis, with reference to the letter of representation provided by the organization. Each nominated representative needs to register as an individual by setting up their own Indico account.
Representatives must enter First and Last Names exactly as they appear on their government-issued photo ID. Your registration name and government-issued ID must match to attend the conference. Your ID must be from a UN Member or Observer State.
