How does it work?  How can we ensure that the GPEI coordinator and the National PolioPlus Committee chair in country connect?  This is has been a challenge.  What are the challenges to stopping outbreaks (quality, speed, scope)? What does the GPEI do when outbreak campaigns are of poor quality?  What accountability mechanisms are in place? How many outbreaks are there? Is it possible to do a summary of domestic financing for outbreaks?  This is a major issue for some Subcommittee members.
