COURSE OBJECTIVE
The objective of the HEE Basic course is to provide trainees with the rudimentary skills to operate and maintain bulldozers, motor graders, hydraulic excavators, and bucket or front-end loaders, self-propelled vibratory rollers supported by dump trucks and low bed semi-trailers in the execution of engineering tasks.
