How to reach the Palais des Nations, Pregny gate
The workshop will take place at the Palais des Nations, UNOG.
If you're staying in Geneva
You can take:
- Tram 15 to the last stop: Nation. Then walk to Pregny gate
- Buses F, 22, 20 to Appia
TPG
You can find the website of the Geneva public transport system here. Even better, download their phone app (Android or iPhone) with live timetables and route calculations. There is also a mobile version of their site which provides similar functionality. Fares are around 3 CHF for a max. 60 min trip in Geneva. There are ticket machines pretty much at every stop, except for some stops in France, where you'll have to buy the ticket once on the bus. Bus lines which cross the border are also more expensive.
Double check that you have a valid ticket before you board any bus/tram, controls are frequent and fines are quite heavy!
Entering the Palais des Nations
Please use the Pregny gate of the Palais des Nations to get access to the venue on your first day.
If you are registered on IndicoUN and approved, UNOG security will scan your QR code or look up your name on IndicoUN to print out your participant badge.
Kindly go to the entrance of Building H (new building. See map below) and let us know you are there (by email at nzete.dasamaitoua@un.org or support.accreditation@un.org). Then someone from the IndicoUN team will take you to the meeting room (H-208).
