WHO has implemented a program for hotel reservations to facilitate booking and payment of hotels in particular cities, Geneva included, via HCorpo, an online hotel booking platform. Therefore, for your next travel to WHO, you are encouraged to use this platform to secure a reservation in one of the WHO preferred hotels.
Kindly create your profile on this link, after your travel authorization is approved you will be provided with a PO and TA number that you will need to finalize the hotel booking.
Per diem is automatically reduced for travel to Geneva.
For travel within Europe, you may self-purchase your ticket as long as it is less than USD 500. This will be reimbursed when processing your per diem.
