This registration form is for representatives of NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC only.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. If your organization is not in consultative status with ECOSOC, you cannot use this form.
2. Each Organization will be able to register up to 5 (five) representatives. If more than five are registered under one organization, the Secretariat will approve registrations on a first-come first-serve basis, with reference to the letter of representation provided by the Organization.
