Important Notice

Access to the Palais des Nations premises is not authorized for any person who:

  • within the 7 days prior, has been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person,
  • within the 10 days prior has tested positive for COVID-19,
  • has any cold-, flu- or COVID-19 like symptoms, however mild (even after a negative COVID-19 test result).

If the above applies to any person, their remote participation in relevant meetings is welcomed, however they are asked to refrain from coming to the premises. Meeting organizers should provide remote connection details to meeting participants.

In addition, UN Geneva requires all persons wanting to come to the premises to follow Swiss regulations regarding entry to Switzerland (including any possible quarantine measures that may be applicable at the time).

If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have been present at the UN premises in Geneva within the previous 7 days, you are requested to inform the UN Medical Service (phone +41 (0) 22 917 25 20) or, if your attendance was for an official meeting, you may contact the meeting organizer.
