The Poster Gallery is a virtual space for presentations, networking, and collaboration. Virtual events and poster Q&As are accessible via the links below at the listed times.
Participants can create an avatar and explore the virtual space and connect with others through the combined web-based video calling and 2-D virtual world experience.
If you would like to join the events in this virtual space, you must register with the link provided below. If you experience any difficulty, please get in touch with the listed contact person of the event you wish to attend, listed below.
The poster session of the Earth Information Day, and the UK Presidency Earth Information for Climate Action event, and the second meeting of the Structured Expert Dialogue (SED) will be held in the virtual space. Posters will be available throughout the Glasgow Climate Change Conference, and participants are encouraged to view the posters before the Q&A sessions of each event.

Structured Expert Dialogue (SED): 31 October
Earth Information Day & Earth Information for Climate Action - Perspectives from the UK Presidency: 2 November
Virtual Gender Market Place: The registration will remain open during COP26, however it may take up to 24 hours for you to be granted access. All posters and videos will be archived on the UNFCCC Gender webpage.
How to register:
A. First create an account in the system following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to https://reg.unog.ch/user/register
Step 2: Enter your email address and click “send me a verification email”
Step 3: Go to your inbox and click on the verification link you have received, you will be prompt to a new page
Step 4: Complete the “Creating a new Indico profile” form in the new page filling in all mandatory fields and click on “create my indico profile”
PLEASE NOTE: At conclusion of the 4 steps, you are NOT automatically registered for an event.
B. Once, you have successfully created an account in the system (steps 1-4 above), click on "Register Now" in order to register for the event in question.
In case, you already have an account in the system, you may just proceed in registering for the event, by clicking on "Register Now".
