Intersessional seminar on access to medicines and vaccines: HRC/RES/41/10

The intersessional seminar is being organized in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 41/10. It will consist in an exchange on good practices, key challenges and new developments relevant to access to medicines and vaccines as one of the fundamental elements of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health. The event is open to Member States, relevant United Nations bodies, agencies, funds and programmes, treaty bodies, special procedure mandate holders, national human rights institutions, civil society, the private sector and other relevant stakeholders.
