The United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business convenes an annual meeting of all UN member States in order to review and approve the work of UN/CEFACT groups. The Plenary also elects a Chair and vice-chairs who collectively oversee all activities in between Plenary sessions.
At the twenty-sixth session of the Plenary in May 2020, member States will be asked to elect at least four vice-chairs, approve three revised recommendations and review and note around two dozen other documents.
