25th MEETING of the Africa Regional Certification Commission ARCC for Poliomyelitis Eradication

During its last meeting in Lusaka, Zambia from 16 to 20 September 2019, the ARCC selected South Sudan, Central African Republic and Cameroon, to prepare and present complete national documentations claiming polio-free status at the upcoming meting. Kampala meeting gathers chairpersons of the National Certification Committee and National Expert Committee; a representative from the ministry of health in charge of Polio Eradication Program and the WHO focal point in charge of polio eradication activities. To strengthen polio eradication certification activities in the African region is the general objective of this meeting in Kampala, form 30 March to 3 April 2020.
