Global Congress of Victims of Terrorism

The Global Victims Congress will provide an opportunity for Member States to engage directly with victims, as well as related civil society, academic, expert, and the private sector representatives and will address the overarching theme of “Resilience Following Terrorism: Victims’ Voices”.
