UNESCWA in partnership with the OECD and UNCTAD convenes the first Competition Forum for the Arab Region, which aims to establish an annual knowledge-sharing platform on competition for Arab stakeholders. With a strong development focused and people-centered approach, the MENA competition forum will bring together high-level competition officials to promote dialogue, consensus building and networking among policy makers and enforcers in the region.

The inaugural forum will take place at UN House (ESCWA) in Beirut, Lebanon on 23 and 24 January 2020.
