The objectives of the PRC meetings are to obtain advice and recommendations to guide specific research and product development activities for the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, related to both the interruption of Wild Poliovirus (WPV) transmission, and the management of long-term risks associated with WPVs. We are especially interested in discussing research needed to further inform the Polio End Game.
