The Permanent Mission of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) warmly invite you to the 4th annual Geneva Interfaith Dialogue, entitled “Global Solidarity and Welcoming the Stranger”.
The Dialogue is held in commemoration of World Interfaith Harmony Week, which was established in 2010 by UN General Assembly Resolution 65/5, recognizing “the imperative need for dialogue among different faiths and religions to enhance mutual understanding, harmony and cooperation among people”.
This year’s Dialogue will convene a panel of distinguished Ambassadors from a variety of faiths to address the important and timely phenomenon of global migration, in addition to the overall theme of how faith and faith-based organizations remain critical players in the quest for international peace, harmony, and sustainable development.
