The Sabin IPV advisory panel convenes once a year to discuss the Sabin IPV technology transfer project. The Sabin IPV technology transfer project, a collaboration between WHO and Intravacc, aims to develop safer processes for the production of inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) and facilitate the manufacture of Sabin IPV in developing countries, in line with WHA resolution 6.1.
