About the concert:

This concert is part of the celebration of the centenary of Poland regaining independence.

On 11 november 2018 the Republic of Poland will celebrate the centenary of regaining independence. The date commemorated events from 1918 when on 11 November 1918 Jósef Pilsudski was appointed Commander-in-Chief by the Regency Council and was entrusted with the task of creating a national government of independent Poland.
