Youth Orchestra of Ecuador - MISSION PASS

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Ecuador to the U.N. is proud to support the presentation of “The Youth Orchestra of Ecuador”. The event will constitute a special opportunity to introduce these young talents to the world through their music, their compelling virtuoso performances, and their charismatic personality. The government of Ecuador has declared them as “Tourism’s Ambassadors of Ecuador ”, as they are icons of the Ecuadorian culture and play a very special role in the promotion and preservation of their music.

Additionally, the Concert will constitute a commemoration of the “battle of Pichincha”, which was the final fight through which Ecuador reached its Independence in May 24th, 1822. 

The concert of the “Youth Orchestra of Ecuador” will be a celebration of diversity, as well as an opportunity for representatives of the different Member States and staff of International Organizations, to interact among them and enjoy the culture of Ecuador.
