Description
The opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 12 September 2017 at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of Mr. Evan P. Garcia, Permanent Representative to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations Office and other international oraganizations in Geneva; and Chairperson, ASEAN Committee in Geneva, Mr. Le Luong Minh, ASEAN Secretary-General and Permanent Representatives from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States.
