Tips
Stable internet - ethernet cable is highly recommended – wifi often causes breakups when transmitting sound, this could cause low quality of sound and losing parts of the speech for other participants
Camera – please adjust your camera, it needs to be pointed at you and refrain from eating or drinking on-camera
USB headset – ideally with noise cancelling to prevent sound from the ear pad being picked up by the microphone
Quiet workspace – use a quiet environment free from disturbances, close windows to prevent outside noise interference and do not shuffle papers, turn mobile phones off, be conscious of keyboard strokes if typing during proceedings – perhaps switch your microphone off if observing only
