Each year, the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund on Contemporary Forms of Slavery (UN Slavery Fund) convenes an Expert Panel to mark the International Day for the Abolition of Slavery.
This year, the Expert Panel will focus on rehabilitation and redress for victims of domestic servitude, building on the most recent thematic report of the UN Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery on the impact of slavery and servitude on migrant domestic workers.
