If your organization has consultative status with ECOSOC\, your representa tives should register with another link\, available here. To check if your organization has been Specially Accredited\, please check here.\nRegistra tion closes on 16 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.\nAvailable br oadcast live on UN Web TV. \nPlease Note: \n\n\nEach Organization wil l be able to register up to three (3) representatives. If more than two a re registered under one organization\, the Secretariat will approve regist rations on a first-come first-serve basis\, with reference to the letter o f representation provided by the Organization.\n\n\nParticipants must regi ster individually via the relevant INDICO form. Bulk registrations are not permitted by the system.\n\n\nPlease attach a letter of nomination from t he President or Chief Executive Officer of your organization\, endorsing y our participation in this meeting. (example letter attached below) \n\n\n \n\n\n\nSubmitting a registration does not guarantee your in-person partic ipation. You will receive an approval letter confirming your in-person par ticipation if your registration is approved.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nSpecial Event Tickets (SETs) for High-Level Meetings: For all UNGA high-level meetings a nd events\, civil society and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) must b e registered and approved through dedicated\, online registration processe s for each event. At the conclusion of the registration processes\ , participants will be notified of  the approval of their registra tion\, and will also be informed of the date\, time and venue for  the collection of the required Special Event Tickets (SETs). To  collect the SETs\, approved participants will be required to prese nt the Letter of Approval that was sent to them by the Uni ted Nations\, as well as a Member State-issued photo ID\, such as a pass port or a driver’s license\, etc.\nThe SETs will indicate the name  of the participant\, the specific meeting\, date and time of  the event and thus\, they are not transferable. Participants will be re quired to carry the  SETs with them at all times while on UN premi ses.\nThe issuance of Special Event Tickets is the responsibilit y of the United Nations sponsoring office.\nThe access point  to the UN Headquarters complex will be on Second Avenue and 46th St reet\, leading to the 47th Street and First Avenue entrance\, where attendees will enter one hour prior to the start of a meeting or special event. Following mandatory security screening\, they will proce ed to the meeting or event location.\nThe United Nations Webcast ser vices will provide live streaming coverage of the high-level segment in al l available UN official languages\, through the UN Web TV website at: http ://webtv.un.org. In addition\, Closed Captions and Transcripts could be av ailable on all recorded videos of the high-level segment.\nFurther informa tion will be provided as it becomes available.
