DESCRIPTION:Note:\n\n\n1. Only UNEP-accredited organizations from the regi
 on of Latin America and the Caribbean can participate in the elections.\n2
 . Each organization is entitled to cast two votes only. These two votes ca
 nnot be given to the same individual. Casting two votes for the same candi
 date shall invalidate the votes.\n3. Each organization may only vote once\
 , giving 2 votes only. If an organization votes more than once\, i.e. givi
 ng more than 2 votes\, only the first 2 votes will be counted.\n4. The vot
 ing individual MUST attach a letter on the organization letterhead nominat
 ing them to vote on behalf of the organization during the voting process.\
 n5. The candidates with the highest and the second highest overall number 
 of votes shall become the new Regional Facilitators for Latin America and
