DESCRIPTION:CCDA-XIV provides a timely platform to bridge global climate n
 egotiations and implementation on the ground. It will help translate the o
 utcomes of SB64 into coordinated African priorities for COP31 while advanc
 ing practical solutions that accelerate implementation of the Paris Agreem
 ent and the first Global Stocktake (GST1). At the same time\, the conferen
 ce will strengthen partnerships\, mobilize investments\, promote science-i
 nformed policymaking\, and foster a shared continental vision that positio
 ns climate action as a catalyst for Africa's economic transformation and p
 repares the continent for an ambitious and impactful COP32. Critically\, C
 CDA-XIV is one of the forums where technical evidence base and political c
 onsensus underpinning Africa’s Common Negotiating Position built\, so th
 at African negotiators enter COP31 with positions that are unified\, well-
