DESCRIPTION: \nAfrica’s PPP challenge is no longer only about policy am
 bition or the availability of capital\; it is increasingly about execution
  capacity. Many countries have established PPP laws\, units and project pi
 pelines\, but continue to face constraints in early-stage project developm
 ent\, feasibility analysis\, risk allocation\, affordability assessment\, 
 procurement\, contract management and the conversion of infrastructure pri
 orities into bankable projects. ECA’s convening role\, analytical capaci
 ty\, and partnerships with ALSF\, AfDB\, UNECE\, and other institutions pl
 ace it in a strong position to help address this gap through structured ca
