DESCRIPTION:Note:\n\n\n1. Only UNEP-accredited organizations from the regi
 on of North America can participate in the elections.\n2. Each organizatio
 n is entitled to cast two votes only. These two votes cannot be given to t
 he same individual. Casting two votes for the same candidate shall invalid
 ate the votes.\n3. Each organization may only vote once\, giving 2 votes o
 nly. If an organization votes more than once\, i.e. giving more than 2 vot
 es\, only the first 2 votes will be counted.\n4. The voting individual MUS
 T attach a letter on the organization letterhead nominating them to vote o
 n behalf of the organization during the voting process.\n5. The candidates
  with the highest and the second highest overall number of votes shall bec
 ome the new Regional Facilitators for North America region.\n6. The detail
