DESCRIPTION:Invitee Registration Focal Points\n\nSubstantive programmes ha
 ve the option to invite participants who do not belong to a Party delegati
 on or who cannot be accommodated within the quotas of the different catego
 ries. Participants are usually invited to fulfill a particular role during
  the conference\, e.g. speaker\, panelist. Also\, family members of staff 
 can be invited under this category. The badge for this category of partici
 pants reads “Invitee”.  \nInstructions:\n✅ At least 3 days before a
 ccess to the conference is needed\, the invitee registration focal point\,
  registers the required information in Indico and submits the request\, us
 ing the registration form.\n✅ The relevant authority in the External R
 elations and Protocol unit receives notifications daily regarding new subm
 issions. Requests are reviewed and approved (or not approved depending on 
 if more information is needed) accordingly in Indico UN.\n✅ Upon appro
 val\, RAMT downloads the list of approved registrants from Indico\, upload
 s the invitees in ORS daily and tags on the Conference Invitees registrati
 on list in Indico UN those records as "entered in ORS".\n✅ The invitee
  registration focal points\, the relevant authority in the External Relati
 ons and Protocol unit and RAMT can follow-up the status of registration of
  invitees under the Registration list in Indico UN.\n\nhttps://indico.un.o
