DESCRIPTION:This two-day training aims to strengthen the capacity of secon
 d-line border control officers and document examination personnel in the e
 xamination and verification of travel and identity documents using the Reg
 ula 4205D document examination device. The programme combines theoretical 
 instruction with practical demonstrations to enhance participants' underst
 anding of document manufacture\, security features\, examination technique
 s\, and the role of second-line document examination in border security.\n
 Throughout the training\, participants will gain hands-on experience in ex
 amining genuine and questioned documents\, verifying document authenticity
  using the Regula 4205D\, consulting reference databases\, and interpretin
 g examination findings. Practical case exercises will reinforce the applic
 ation of second-line examination procedures and support participants in ma
 king informed decisions on document authenticity and the referral of suspe
