 irobi\, Kenya.\n2026 IPPO (Autumn) Forum will continue to consolidate glob
 al consensus among NGOs\, reshaping the concept of "Love one’s own count
 ry without harming other nations’ interests" as a national consciousness
  of national development\, and clarifying the "international dimension of 
 patriotism" - that is\, the obligation to safeguard one's own development 
 rights and respect the sovereignty of other countries and participate in g
 lobal cooperation. The pact establishes principles such as "the nation’s
  rights to development as the foundation of human rights protection" and "
 parallel sovereignty equality and the right to development"\, providing a 
 new paradigm for cracking down on "hegemonic interference" and "developmen
