 ting of the Adaptation Committee (AC29) will take place from 14-17  Septe
 mber 2026\, - TBC - . The first day of the meeting on 14 September 2026 wi
 ll be an internal stocktake for AC members only. \nRegistration details\n
 In-person participation\nKindly complete the registration form as soon as
  possible\, but not later than 7 August 2026\, by referring to the instru
 ctions listed below. Once registration is confirmed\, a confirmation lette
 rs will be provided to each participant.\nShould you require an entry vis
 a for Azerbaijan\, and/or other transit visas\, we strongly encourage you
  to contact the appropriate consular authorities as soon as possible. Th
 e confirmation letters should be attached to visa requests to facilitate i
 ssuance. \nVirtual participation\nWe are pleased to extend an invitation 
 to you to attend the above-mentioned workshop remotely. To ensure a smooth
  experience and to provide you with access to all necessary resources and 
 materials\, we kindly request that you complete the registration form atta
 ched to this message as soon as possible and no later than 28 August 2026.
