DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the registration page for the Global Dialogue on Ar
 tificial Intelligence Governance. \n\nThe AI Dialogue is the world's firs
 t international platform convened by the UN General Assembly where all gov
 ernments and stakeholders sit at the same table to have the meaningful con
 versation on AI the world needs. It brings together all 193 United Nations
  Member States alongside the private sector\, civil society\, academia and
  the technical community to exchange best practices and build common appro
 aches to AI governance. \n\n\nThe first session takes place on 6 and 7 
 July 2026 in Geneva. \n\n\nThis Indico.UN page is for participant registr
 ations across all stakeholder categories: Government\, Private Sector\, Ac
 ademia\, and Others. Please submit your registration request and upload th
 e required credentials for your participant category. All registrations ar
 e subject to review and confirmation by the event organizers. \n\n \n\nH
 ow to register?\nRequests for registration must be submitted exclusively t
 hrough this Indico.UN platform. \n\nSubmit your request: Click the approp
 riate registration link below to fill out the form. Upon submission\, you 
 will receive an automatic acknowledgment receipt by email.\nUpload documen
 tation: you must upload your required supporting documents at the time of 
 registration (see below). \n\n \n\nPlease note that individual participa
 tion without formal organizational affiliation is not permitted. \n \n\n

 Y representatives: A nomination letter on official letterhead\, signed b
 y the Head of the Organization or the relevant department. \n\n\n\nINTERG
 OVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (IGOs): A nomination letter on official letterhe
 ad\, signed by the Head of the Organization of the relevant department.\n\
 nUN SYSTEM ENTITIES: A scanned copy of a valid UN Agency Grounds Pass or o
 fficial institutional ID. Note: Registration must be completed using your 
 official organizational email address.\n\nNGOs\, ACADEMIA\, and PRIVATE SE
 CTORA nomination letter on official letterhead\, signed by the Head of th
 e Organization or the relevant department. \n\nMEDIA REPRESENTATIVES \n\
 nMedia correspondents should register through the dedicated media registra
