DESCRIPTION:Hands-on training and practical laboratory exercises for the i
 dentification of drugs and precursor chemicals.\nParticipants will analyse
  real samples using GC-FID\, GC-MS\, HPLC and FTIR\, and follow the normal
  workflow of a sample in a forensic laboratory: from sample reception\, ch
 ain of custody\, documentation of sample characteristics\, sampling\, qual
 itative and quantitative analysis to the interpretation of results and iss
 uance of certificates of analysis.\nThe course covers the essential labora
 tory skills required for sample preparation\,  data analysis and interpre
 tation. Theoretical fundamentals on screening and confirmatory methods\, i
 ntroduction to chromatography\, instrument maintenance\, standard preparat
