Summer School on Sport Governance and Ethics: Integrity in Practice
The Summer School will be delivered from 29 June to 3 July 2026 by UNICRI and Rome City Institute (RCI).
The Summer School will be delivered in person (in Rome, Italy) at Rome City Institute.
The Summer School provides a comprehensive and practice-oriented exploration of integrity in sport by addressing emerging risks and challenges while equipping participants with the tools needed to strengthen transparency, accountability, and ethical standards across sport systems.
The programme adopts a multidisciplinary approach, combining legal, policy, and operational perspectives. It draws on international standards and frameworks, including those developed under the auspices of the United Nations and other relevant international instruments, and promotes knowledge-sharing among practitioners, policymakers, and experts.
By attending the course in person at RCI’s beautiful campuses in the heart of Rome, participants will have the unique opportunity to interact with internationally recognised experts and peers from around the world, exchange views and opinions and build lasting professional relationships. This experience promotes intercultural dialogue and deepens understanding of some of the world’s most complex and debated issues.
Application deadline: 15 June 2026
Detailed information on entry requirements, certificate of participation, registration fee and cancellation and refund policy are available at the Summer School webpage.
