DESCRIPTION:Invitee Registration Focal Points\n \nSubstantive programmes 
 have the option to invite participants who do not belong to a Party delega
 tion or who cannot be accommodated within the quotas of the different cate
 gories. Participants are usually invited to fulfill a particular role duri
 ng the conference\, e.g. speaker\, panelist. Also\, family members of staf
 f can be invited under this category. The badge for this category of parti
 cipants reads “Temporary pass”.  \nInstructions:\n✅ At least 3 days
  before access to the conference is needed\, the invitee registration foca
 l point\, registers the required information in Indico and submits the req
 uest\, using the registration form.\n✅ The staff in charge in External
  Relations receives a notification about the new submission\, checks it an
 d approves it in Indico UN on a daily basis.\n✅ Upon approval\, RAMT d
 ownloads the list of approved registrants from Indico\,  uploads the invi
 tees in ORS on a daily basis and tags on the Conference Invitees registrat
 ion list in Indico UN those records as "entered in ORS".\n✅ The invite
 e registration focal points\, the staff in charge in External Relations an
 d RAMT can follow-up the status of registration of invitees under the Regi
